SHIPPING POLICIES

Hey Tea will ship based on the method you select from the available options. Hey Tea uses a third party shipping service provider to ship its products. The estimated time of the arrival of your product should be considered as an estimate only, and Hey Tea will not be responsible for any damages due to delays in shipping. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you at the moment the product that you have purchased is transferred to the third party shipping service provider.

For orders from overseas (outside Hong Kong), you agree to comply with the import regulations of the importing country that apply to the products purchased. The import regulations may change from time to time, or even may stop us from delivering our products to your hands. If the products are retained and destroyed by the Customs Office of the importing country, we will not be held responsible for the loss. You will be responsible for import duties, expenses incurred for customs clearance, local sales tax or VAT, if any.

If we cannot deliver the products due to the incorrect delivery information provided (e.g. wrong recipient names, wrong address, etc.), the shipping service provider will not arrange a re-delivery. We will not be held responsible for the loss.

 

RETURNS POLICIES

If your order is either incorrect or damaged, please write a description, take a photo of the product and send us an email within 30 days after the shipment date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • - Any items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors
  • - The return request is made more than 30 days after the shipment date
  • - Items on sale
  • - Items not bought via this website

    You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the returned items satisfy the returned conditions stated above, you will be given a choice between a refund or a re-delivery of the items ordered.

     

    REFUNDS POLICIES

    The refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. We will refund the full amount of the goods to you but the shipping cost is not refundable.

    For the re-delivery of the items ordered, we will pay the shipping costs for you. The re-delivery of the items is subject to availability.

    The refunds or re-delivery will be processed within seven working days upon the receipt of the returned items. We will notify you on the refund or re-delivery arrangement via email.

     

    配送安排

    喜茶會根據你所選擇的運送方式,將茶品寄出。由於我們是使用第三方運輸公司,所需的運送時間是一個估計。如運輸上有延誤,喜茶將不會負責。在我們將貨物交給第三方運輸公司那一刻,所有權和損失風險都會轉移至買家身上。

    海外買家(香港以外的地方),須同意遵守入口國家對所購買之產品相關的入境條例。由於入境條例隨時會改變,亦有可能令我們沒法把貨物送到你手上。如果產品被入口國家的海關扣查或銷毁,有關損失我們將不會負責。買家亦要負責入口稅,清關所產生的費用,當地的銷售稅或增值稅(如有)。

    如因顧客提供錯誤的配送資料(例如名字或地址錯誤)而導至無法派送,第三方運輸公司將不會安排重新派送,我們亦不負責相關損失。


    退貨安排

    如果你發覺送來的貨物與你下單購買的有所不同,或者貨物有損壞,請簡單寫出問題所在,並拍下貨物的照片,於寄貨日30天內發電郵給我們。退回的貨品,必須未經開封使用。

    我們不接受以下退貨: 

    • - 任何已拆開的貨品, 或非我們過失而導致損壞或缺漏的產品
    • - 退貨要求在運輸日的30日後才提出
    • - 特價貨品
    • - 貨品並非從本網站購買

    顧客需要支付寄回產品時所產生的運費。當我們收到你的退貨及檢驗後,我們會用電郵跟你聯絡。如退回的貨品符合退貨條件,你可以選擇退款或重寄相關貨品。


    退款安排

    退款只會發送至購買貨物時所用的信用卡。我們會把貨價退回但運費則不能退回。如顧客選擇重發貨品,我們會負重發時所產生的運費。貨品如已售罄,我們就不能重發。

    我們會在收到退回貨品7天內進行退款或重發,並會把相關安排用電郵通知顧客。
