SHIPPING POLICIES

Delivery Charges: 

A purchase of $600 or above, delivery is free. The goods will be delivered by Shun Fung Express. If there is a change in the delivery policy of Shun Fung Express that causes extra charges, customers may have to bear the extra charges. 

If we cannot deliver the products due to the incorrect delivery information provided (e.g. wrong recipient names, wrong address, etc.), we will not be held responsible for the loss.

RETURNS POLICIES

If your order is either incorrect or damaged, please write a description, take a photo of the product and send us an email within 5 days after the shipment date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • - Any items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors
  • - The return request is made more than 5 days after the shipment date
  • - Items on sale
  • - Items not bought via this website

    You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the returned items satisfy the returned conditions stated above, you will be given a choice between a refund or a re-delivery of the items ordered.

     

    REFUNDS POLICIES

    The refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. We will refund the full amount of the goods to you but the shipping cost is not refundable.

    For the re-delivery of the items ordered, we will pay the shipping costs for you. The re-delivery of the items is subject to availability.

    The refunds or re-delivery will be processed within seven working days upon the receipt of the returned items. We will notify you on the refund or re-delivery arrangement via email.

    買滿$600, 即享免運費。本公司以順豐寄出貨物,如順豐的運費政策有變而導致有額外費用,顧客可能需要承擔相關額外費用。

    請確保輸入的資料正確,如因資料錯誤而導致無法派送,本公司不負責相關損失。

    退貨安排

    如果你發覺送來的貨物與你下單購買的有所不同,或者貨物有損壞,請簡單寫出問題所在,並拍下貨物的照片,於送貨日5天內發電郵給我們。退回的貨品,必須未經開封使用。

    我們不接受以下退貨: 

    • - 任何已拆開的貨品, 或非我們過失而導致損壞或缺漏的產品
    • - 退貨要求在送貨日的5日後才提出
    • - 特價貨品
    • - 貨品並非從本網站購買

    顧客需要支付寄回產品時所產生的運費。當我們收到你的退貨及檢驗後,我們會用電郵跟你聯絡。如退回的貨品符合退貨條件,你可以選擇退款或重寄相關貨品。


    退款安排

    退款只會發送至購買貨物時所用的信用卡。我們會把貨價退回但運費則不能退回。如顧客選擇重發貨品,我們會負重發時所產生的運費。貨品如已售罄,我們就不能重發。

    我們會在收到退回貨品14天內進行退款或重發,並會把相關安排用電郵通知顧客。
