Recommended Cooking methods

Noodle in sauce: After water is boiled, put in noodle. Make sure the water can cover the noodle. Use chopsticks to stir gently for 2 minutes. Cover the pot with lid and turn off the fire for another 2 minutes. Take out the noodle and drain it. Put it in a bowl, pour in sesame oil, soy sauce, chilli sauce or any other sauce you like. Mix them well and ready to serve.

Cover the pot with lid and turn off the fire for another 2 minutes. Take out the noodle and put it in soup. You can add ingredients like broccoli, carrot, minced pork etc to serve with the noodle.

乾麵:加入適量的水煮沸後,放入適量池農麵 (水量必需足以蓋過麵條),以筷子輕拌2分鐘,熄火蓋上鍋蓋等待2分鐘後,把麵撈起,瀝乾,放入碗中加入麻油,醬油,豆瓣醬等醬料拌勻,一碗美味可口的拌麵即成。

湯麵: 加入適量的水煮沸後,放入適量池農麵 (水量必需足以蓋過麵條),以筷子輕拌2分鐘,熄火蓋上鍋蓋等待2分鐘後,把麵撈起,放入上湯之中,可加入適量蔬菜或各式配料,一碗美味可口的湯麵即成。
